My name is Joy Neufeld and I am writing this letter to let you all know how great Aparicio Home Investments helped my husband and I buy our house.
Two years ago, my husband Brian Barclay and I decided to buy a house because then our money would not be going down the drain. We kept looking for
someone to help us get on the right track but all anyone would tell us is “pay off your debt.” Then, we started getting mixed information on if
we paid the wrong bills his credit would go down so we did not know what to do.
Last year after moving out of the house that we were renting and moving in with my parents, Brian and I decided we needed to do a rent to own house.
The thing was that we were having problems because our history was not so great with former landlords and we had two dogs that other landlords were
unwilling to accept.
While looking around on rentals.com I found the house that we just bought. So I called Lindsey, started talking to her, came over and looked at the
house, called her back and told her that I would definitely like to move into the house and start renting it. Once we gave them part of the down
payment, they agreed to do payments with us. Once we got that paid in full, she had Danielle who works with the mortgage
company and deals with credit a lot, come over and talk to us. We asked what we needed to do, once Danielle knew what we were curious about, she
came back over and told us what we needed to fix.
Once we did everything she said, Brian's credit score went up and we were on our way to making the house ours. We are the first ones out of all our
friends to buy a house here in Colorado thanks to Lindsey and her husband. They also helped us with closing cost so that we could still go through and
buy the house and we will always remember them and recommend them because they have been so much help.

Hi, our names are Jenna and Ryan Bumgarner. We just moved to Colorado Springs
from a little town in Wyoming. When we decided to move down here we began looking
at houses for rent when we came across this beautiful home for rent to own. We
started reading the Future Home Owner Program guidelines and were really impressed.
They work with you every step of the way. Our credit was low mainly because of
medical bills. Future Home Owners met with us and helped us by giving us our credit
report and showing us which bills to pay first and the phone numbers for the collectors.
If we had not found this program we might have never have had the chance to give
our children and ourselves the chance at owning our own home.

After two layoffs a year apart, I moved back to Colorado to get a fresh start.
The housing market in Colorado is good and being originally from Denver I figured
that was the place to start over. The move was tough, and being back in Denver has
been just as tough. I was planning a move back to Arizona as my goals just did not
seem to come together. I was a week away from moving when I had some suggestions that
I might consider Colorado Springs. With the luck or lack of luck I was having, I
figured it could not hurt. I looked on craigslist to get an idea of what options I
might have. I found a post from Aparicio Home Inverstments, LLC. I fell in love with
the house that was in the posting. I read through what they are about, and thought I
would give it a shot. With the lay offs and move back to Colorado, my credit has taken
a hit, and its been impossible to get anyone to talk with me. Could not have been more
perfect timing, was able to get approved for my new house, and now get my chance to
start over in Colorado!

I am a young soldier that just got back from deployment and was told that I had
